As a System Administrator / IT Specialist, you will join the IT Department of Samex Ltd. and be responsible for the daily operation, stability, and improvement of the company’s IT infrastructure. The role is hands-on and operational, with real responsibility over servers, networks, and user support.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows servers and workstations.
• Administration of Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, File Servers, IIS.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level IT support to internal users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor system performance, availability, backups, and security.
• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance.
• Maintain and support peripheral equipment (printers, scanners, network devices).
• Participate in IT projects – planning, implementation, and support.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and procedures.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly system health checks.
• Maintain technical documentation.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar IT role.
• Solid experience with Windows Server (2008/2012/2016 or newer).
• Practical experience with:
• Active Directory & Group Policies
• DNS, DHCP
• File servers and permissions
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals:
• LAN/WAN, TCP/IP
• DNS, DHCP
• VPNs and firewalls (administration & troubleshooting)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Technical English (reading documentation, communication with vendors).
• University degree in IT or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Driving license.
