As a System Administrator / IT Specialist, you will join the IT Department of Samex Ltd. and be responsible for the daily operation, stability, and improvement of the company’s IT infrastructure. The role is hands-on and operational, with real responsibility over servers, networks, and user support.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows servers and workstations.
- Administration of Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, File Servers, IIS.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level IT support to internal users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance, availability, backups, and security.
- Perform preventive and emergency maintenance.
- Maintain and support peripheral equipment (printers, scanners, network devices).
- Participate in IT projects – planning, implementation, and support.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and procedures.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly system health checks.
- Maintain technical documentation.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar IT role.
- Solid experience with Windows Server (2008/2012/2016 or newer).
- Practical experience with:
- Active Directory & Group Policies
- DNS, DHCP
- File servers and permissions
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals:
- LAN/WAN, TCP/IP
- DNS, DHCP
- VPNs and firewalls (administration & troubleshooting)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Technical English (reading documentation, communication with vendors).
- University degree in IT or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Driving license.
Nice to Have / Advantages:
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange.
- PowerShell, Python scripting and automation.
- Experience with firewalls and security appliances.
- Experience with Linux servers.
- Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware).
