Job Description

Development is the largest discipline at Endava. Our developers design, build, and release software products in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and libraries. Always collaborating with cross-functional project teams, our developers are adaptable problem-solvers with a client-oriented mindset.

As a Senior .NET Developer at Endava, you will be an active member of a multidisciplinary Scrum team in which you will have the opportunity to create and improve the richness and capabilities of back- end architectures and deliver a user-friendly and highly scalable web applications.

Responsibilities:

· Continuously expanding knowledge in technical but also in different business domain · Expand horizons and providing direct consultancy to international clients · Responsibility for technical decisions · Develop functionalities according to defined acceptance criteria · Contribute to the .NET development community · Work within the Scrum Team to deliver the sprint scope in time and with the expected quality · Accept the culture of constant improvement by working in an environment that provides support, but also the challenge for growth · Contribute to the development of coding guidelines and ensure high code quality across the projects.

Qualifications

· Solid hands-on experience in software development using C# as programming language · Good understanding of software patterns and practices · Excellent in ASP.NET Core · Experience with cloud providers like - AWS, Azure or GCP · Good knowledge in ORMs (Entity Framework, Dapper, NHibernate) · Understanding of Unit testing concepts and good knowledge in Unit Testing /Mocking frameworks · Understanding of Microservice architecture · Experience with database development · Commercial experience of the full software lifecycle · Experience working in an Agile environment · Excellent communication skills and the ability to take part in both team debates as well as client discussions · Advanced English speaking and writing abilities are required.
