The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help deliver effective, results-driven digital campaigns across international markets.
If you are passionate about Digital Marketing and would like to gain hands-on experience in strategic planning, communication development, and digital media planning & buying, this role is for you.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, analytical, results-driven, and eager to learn and grow.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the planning, management, and reporting of paid digital marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and propose performance optimizations based on findings.
- Compile regular performance reports for stakeholders
- Stay up to date with industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies, assessing their potential adoption for Ficosota brands
- Work closely with marketers, content creators, influencers/agencies, designers, and developers to ensure effective campaign messaging, timing, and execution
- Support the management of the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
- BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field
- Previous experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager is preferred
- Knowledge of digital performance marketing, including planning and managing paid campaigns across social, search, and display
- Understanding of website analytics and tracking tools, with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data
- Strong familiarity with leading social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Passionate about staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
- Digital marketing courses or certifications are considered a strong advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum B2 level according to CEFR)
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Windows and MS Office
- Analytical, proactive, and able to identify both opportunities and strengths
- A strong collaborator, comfortable working across multiple departments
- Open to new ideas and easily adaptable to change
- Practical, solution-oriented, and resourceful
- Quick to react and skilled at multitasking
