Digital Marketing Executive SIRVIS
Sirvis is a marketplace dedicated to professionals in the HoReCa world. We connect operators of the away from home (bars, restaurants, discos, food, take-away), distributors, wholesalers and agents, facilitating the processes of purchase and sale of numerous multi-category goods (beverages, food, equipment).
Our mission is to satisfy 100% of the demand from the world of eating out and catering. On Sirvis you will find drinks, snacks, raw materials and semi-finished products but also equipment, service materials and products for hygiene and cleaning.
About The Role
As the Digital Marketing Executive in SIRVIS, you will be responsible for the commercial development of a digital e-marketplace, supporting the sales & marketing strategy with the aim to achieve the company revenue goals and market penetration.
In this role, the person needs to: assist the IT Development team with insights and direction that will make the e-marketplace “customer-centric” and in line with HoReCa main needs; setup, manage and control the sales & marketing plan; onboard customers & third parties on the project.
This is a permanent full-time position, based in the Sofia region.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Marketplace Growth
Shape the Sirvis ecosystem by turning HoReCa customer needs into platform features and improvements.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, and Finance to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions.
Support onboarding of customers and partners onto the platform.
Lead Digital Sales & Marketing
Maximize revenue through digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Retargeting).
Build and manage a strong content and email marketing strategy, including loyalty programs and automated customer journeys.
Oversee website updates (banners, campaigns, digital assets) to drive engagement and conversions.
Boost Performance Through Data
Set and monitor KPIs for digital marketing success.
Manage lead generation (MQLs) and CRM strategies, ensuring data-driven decisions and customer retention.
Analyze digital performance and suggest improvements to maximize results.
Innovate and Inspire
Identify and launch new digital engagement tools (e.g., chatbots, push notifications).
Actively shape and promote Sirvis' digital strategy, using market insights and best practices.
Build strong cross-functional relationships to embed digital marketing across the business.
