What you'll do:
- We're looking for someone who’s confident with online ads. You'll help us make sure our paid advertising campaigns are set up for success — mainly through our external partners.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting and coordinating with external agencies running ads on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Bing (a plus).
- Making sure tracking tools like Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel are properly set up.
- Reviewing campaign reports and spotting patterns to suggest improvements.
- Helping connect campaign data with our CRM to ensure smooth lead tracking.
- Working with the marketing team to stay aligned on goals and results.
- What we’re looking for:
- Experience running or overseeing Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar.
- A good understanding of how CRMs help with marketing and lead generation.
- Familiarity with campaign tracking tools and basic attribution models.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills — you enjoy sharing insights, not just numbers.
- Curiosity and willingness to keep up with the latest in digital advertising.
