Daily Activities: · Design and implement email campaigns and custom landing pages. · Analyze campaign performance to optimize metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, engagement). · Conduct A/B tests to improve variables like messaging, design, and timing. · Manage the health of the email marketing database, ensuring low bounce rates and high engagement. · Oversee the email marketing calendar and ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies. · Plan and deploy customer journeys, from subscription to conversion. · Ensure compliance with international email marketing laws (e.g., GDPR) · Build and segment customer profiles to maximize engagement and meet KPIs. · Create tailored email campaigns based on client goals and target audience. · Execute all aspects of email marketing, from writing and design to scheduling and analytics.

What We Expect: · 3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing. · Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign). · Expertise in building email campaigns from scratch. · In-depth knowledge of email regulations and best practices (including GDPR). · Experience in managing and analyzing large email databases. · Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, Tilda, Google Analytics, and HTML/CSS. · Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data. · Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
