As a marketing specialist at McDonald’s you will be involved in:
- Planning, budgeting and reporting of marketing activities;
- Campaign development and execution;
- Contact points content generation (with agency partner);
- Budget control and planning;
- Ensuring excellence in execution in multiple channels with digital in the core;
- PR – donations, sponsorships, events management;
- Digital campaigns, incl. CRM, Social, SEA, Google.
- Develop strong relationships and collaborate closely with internal and external partners;
- Manage and prioritize diverse tasks;
- Track business planning process to ensure timely and qualitative execution;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bulgarian and English languages;
- Ability to manage time appropriately in a fast-paced environment;
- Open-minded and positive mindset;
- Highly organized and methodical, with excellent attention to detail.
- University degree in Marketing will be considered as strong advantage;
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing assistant role in the field of hospitality, retail, FMCG;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google, Meta and other social media;
- Fluent English;
- Skilled in relationship management;
