We are growing very fast and looking for a highly motivated, experienced person with a solid online marketing orientation for the position of Digital Marketing Specialist.
Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be based Pazardzhik. The primary objectives of the position are to analyse, refine, design, plan and execute the digital campaign strategies, tactics, action plans and timelines based on project scope, schedule and budget. The successful candidate will participate in web, online, and campaign execution.

We are growing very fast and looking for a highly motivated, experienced person with a solid online marketing orientation for the position of Digital Marketing Specialist.
Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be based Pazardzhik. The primary objectives of the position are to analyse, refine, design, plan and execute the digital campaign strategies, tactics, action plans and timelines based on project scope, schedule and budget. The successful candidate will participate in web, online, and campaign execution.
Responsibilities:
- Execute digital content marketing activities and processes for all online channels and digital projects, including websites, B2B. B2C, affiliate programs, email marketing, retargeting, SEM/SEO and social media.
- Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence
- Manage audience segmentation within the Marketing Automation Platform
- Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
- Deliver monthly reports and work towards KPIs improvement about data analysis
- Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
- Project management of website and landing pages development
- Oversee Google Ads and Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIN
- Management of SEO projects
- Experience with Mailchimp, Brevo etc
- Develop and implement the Organic Social Media Marketing Strategy and improve current processes in line with business goals
- Working with CRO, PPC, CTOR, Social listening
Desired skills and experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a digital marketing role
- Experience in B2B, B2C and social media marketing
- Experience working in Google Ads and Social media ads
- On-page SEO optimization, using strategic SEO –tools (like Google Search Console and Analytics)
- Be a point person knowing when and how to integrate creative, data/analytics, paid media, and/or other client services teams to develop fully integrated, insight-driven content campaigns
- Have excellent experience working with the field of CRO, PPC, CTOR, Social listening, e-mail marketing, retargeting, audience targeting.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications or Advertising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Desire to learn new things within an ever-changing and innovative environment
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a burning desire to succeed
- Strong hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns. Experience in e-commerce and/or retail is a massive plus.
- Solid understanding of social media and content performance metrics
- Collaborative but able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proven track record & results in previous positions
- An impressive track record of growing audiences and delivering on social metrics.
