About the Role: We’re looking for a talented and results-driven PPC Specialist to join our client’s digital marketing team. You should be confident in managing campaigns in Meta Ads.
You’ll be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns aimed at driving high-quality leads for U.S.-based local service businesses (mostly small to mid-sized). You’ll work closely with both the U.S. Digital Marketing Department (DMD) and the PPC team in Bulgaria, with the DMD acting as your main point of contact for project coordination and support.

About the Role: We’re looking for a talented and results-driven PPC Specialist to join our client’s digital marketing team. You should be confident in managing campaigns in Meta Ads.
You’ll be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns aimed at driving high-quality leads for U.S.-based local service businesses (mostly small to mid-sized). Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage full ad accounts (Meta), including conversion tracking, structure, campaign settings, ad copy, and keywords.
- Ensure accurate tracking using Meta Pixel.
- Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy tailored to each campaign’s goals.
- Create detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage different campaign types: lead generation, brand awareness, remarketing, and foot traffic for local businesses.
- Perform regular optimizations and troubleshoot issues proactively to ensure optimal performance.
What You’ll Need:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) principles
- Copywriting skills, especially for crafting headlines and descriptions
- Solid grasp of digital advertising best practices
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to take initiative
- Excellent communication skills — verbal and written
- Comfortable communicating with clients if needed
- Working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Reliable and fast internet connection
- Ability to handle constructive feedback, manage pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail and a bit of healthy perfectionism
- Desire to grow and evolve with the company
