We are looking to expand our Data Delivery team in HQ Varna with: Data Analyst
Brief overview of the role
The Data Analyst is responsible for analysis of data, interpretation and documentation of data transformation processes to define solutions that maximize the value for the organization.
The role of Data Analysts has a significant impact enhancing efficiency in all stages of the business processes.
Data Analysts foster self-service data culture in the bank by providing accurate timely data to business units.

Brief overview of the role
The Data Analyst is responsible for analysis of data, interpretation and documentation of data transformation processes to define solutions that maximize the value for the organization.
The role of Data Analysts has a significant impact enhancing efficiency in all stages of the business processes.
Data Analysts foster self-service data culture in the bank by providing accurate timely data to business units.
Key areas of responsibility
- Data model evolution: Understand business requirements and translate them into logical data models.
- Data delivery: Discover data from source systems and transform it in a comprehensive format that can be easily used in business solutions.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data architects, data scientists and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications and develop data governance policies.
- Improve data quality: Stick to data architecture principles, identify the need and drive implementation of quality controls during data-transformation processes.
- Analytical data provisioning: Deliver data to provide insights for the business using business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Squad role: Participate in strategic projects sponsored by top management and delivered according to modern agile methodology principles.
- Practical knowledge of ETL tools (e.g. SQL, ODI, Azure Databricks) or data visualization software (e.g. Power BI).
- Experience as business/data analyst or developer in a financial or technological company.
- Good understanding of enterprise architecture and modelling techniques.
- Ability to work in agile mode as part of cooperative, result oriented team.
