Our current client is a large global company with well-established operation in Sofia - the global leader in online entertainment.
On their behalf, we are looking for a Chat Support Advisor with German, French, Polish, Greek, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian and English who would be willing to join their team and grow with the company. The job is 100% non-voice - chat and email support only with a hybrid work model. If you are curious about this exciting opportunity, then this might be the chance you have been waiting for!
Responsibilities:
- Liaise directly with company players via a messaging service tool and occasionally via ticketing system to answer their questions and resolve their queries;
- Inform players of any upcoming promotions, regulation changes and requirements;
- Provide fast, accurate, thorough and friendly responses;
- Stay fully up-to-date with all of the company guidelines, policies and procedures and will be up to the task of completing any other duties associated with assisting players as requested by management;
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment working to agreed targets.
- Any relevant experience or interest in customer support, online gaming, or online payment processing would be considered as an advantage;
- Excellent knowldege of English language;
- Customer focused;
- Ability to multitask, think quickly and make solid decisions;
- Good technical and communication skills;
- Flexibility to adapt to different business needs, challenging situations, and changes;
- Highly-motivated with great attention to detail and able to evaluate customer demands.
