Grove Global Consult is a consulting and recruitment agency, providing strategic consulting services in the areas of private business sector worldwide. For one of our exclusive clients - operating in the field of online casinos, we are looking for a Casino Customer Support Agent with English.
You will provide product/service information and resolve emerging problems that their players face within the game or platform.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive player's activity growth Achieve an optimal support experience and knowledge-sharing initiatives Monitor the VIP players' activity on a daily basis Ensure high service standards and maintain customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions & alternatives to players Identify and analyze recurring issues and trends by working with other departments until resolution Work in a dynamic, team-focused environment with growth opportunities and benefits The Account Manager's responsibilities will be to increase player's KPIs by proactive outbound communication, all to ensure a personal, engaging, and rewarding experience for our VIP players Build and manage personal relationships with our top VIP players Support, engage & retain our players Use exclusive content, promotions & activities for our players – in order to generate value for our players and expand their engagement within our games Requirements:
1+ years of experience in customer success – an advantage High-level understanding/interest in social gaming/online marketing field Native or mother tongue level in English (written & spoken) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work weekends and nights Availability to work in shifts, at least 4 shifts per week Independent and self-learner Positive attitude and are excited to learn more Deep understanding/interest in games/online marketing field - an advantage Previous experience within a CS/AM role is an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced environment If it sounds like a dream job for you?
