For one of our clients - a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of beverages across many countries, we are looking for – Shared Services Disputes Assistant with German (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the Business Unit (BU) to foster strong, constructive partnerships,
- Assists the transition team (where applicable) in facilitating the effective transfer of
- Responsible for providing superior service to essential stakeholders, such as customers,
- Ensures adherence to company policies, such as approval processes and financial guidelines.
- Efficiently handles customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions,
- Addresses urgent customer complaints and ensures their prompt and appropriate resolution;
- Works with the Disputes Management Team to resolve conflicts in line with established
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education;
- Experience within an international organization or a Shared Services environment with
- Very good German and English skills, ensuring effective communication with diverse teams
- A strong commitment to providing top-tier customer service and ensuring satisfaction;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with others;
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team, showing initiative and support for colleagues;
- Strong organizational abilities, with a focus on time management and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
