Back Office Specialist (Sales Analytics)
As our Back Office Specialist, you will play a key role in empowering the Sales team with the insights, tools, and support they need to win. Your work will help drive decisions, strengthen partnerships, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Sales team in their day-to-day activities
Preparing analyses, dashboards, and data reports
Providing promo materials and handling administrative tasks
Communicating with other internal departments
Coordinating with external stakeholders
Participating in various Sales projects and initiatives
Ensuring seamless back-office processes and support
What You Bring
University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Business Statistics, or a related field
Professional experience with sales reporting and data analytics
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset & high attention to detail
Great organizational and time-management skills
Excellent command of English — written and spoken
A proactive, positive, and collaborative attitude
