We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounting Manager to join our world-class team. If you’re an experienced accountant with a passion for excellence and a drive to thrive in the luxury hospitality industry, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Role: As our Accounting Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our hotel. Key responsibilities include: Leading the hotel’s accounting functions and maintaining compliance with local legislation. Collaborating with the Owner’s chief accountant on tax-related procedures and their implementation. Supporting the Director of Finance in maintaining hotel systems and operations. Coordinating internal and external audits to ensure financial transparency and compliance. Managing VAT-related journals and reporting in line with local regulations. Maintaining bank and cash postings, including monthly currency revaluation. Managing accounts payable: posting invoices, maintaining purchase ledgers, accruals, cost distributions, and fee calculations. Conducting payroll reconciliation and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Leading month-end closings, including balance sheet reconciliations. Maintaining critical registers related to contracts, insurances, licenses, and tax calendars. Mentoring and supporting the finance team to achieve excellence. Reporting to Director of Finance.
What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a lead accountant. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting. Proficiency in English. Hands-on experience with hotel operations is a plus. A detail-oriented leader with excellent communication and organizational skills. Why Join Us?
