As we continue to expand our portfolio of products and services, we are seeking a qualified Accounting Manager for Non-Bulgarian Companies to join our Head Office in Sofia.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of accountants to ensure optimal performance and quality.
• Oversee accounting functions for our US subsidiaries to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare standard monthly and annual financial reports in alignment with company policies.
• Develop and manage the preparation of the annual budget.
• Evaluate and enhance team performance for improved efficiency and quality control.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports for strategic decision-making.
• Participate in tax and financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Reconcile financial data from various systems and sources to ensure accuracy.
• Manage online banking activities and oversee payment postings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of current accounting legislation and practices.
• Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS is a distinct advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative working style.
• Experience with QuickBooks and SAP is preferred.
