We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our Client's team - trusted provider of legal, accounting, and payroll services. In this role, you will build strong relationships with international clients, understand their business needs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts and maintain long-term partnerships Act as the main point of contact for client communication Coordinate projects with internal teams to meet client expectations Provide to clients updates, detailed reports, and guidance as needed Identify opportunities for up selling or cross-selling services to existing clients
Requirements:
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) Proven experience in account management or client relations role A proactive approach to problem-solving and client management Very good organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office Background in consulting or professional services is a plus
