Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding, training, and performance management of the support team.
- Oversee team schedules, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Maintain help centres and knowledge base content.
- Handle complex customer queries across phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Conduct KYC checks, monitor high-risk transactions, and investigate fraud/disputes.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and tool optimisation to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Previous management or team leadership experience.
- Extensive experience with Zendesk or any other CRM, including omnichannel routing, workflow automation, bot setup, and tool integrations.
- Background in Risk, Compliance, or Fraud, with hands-on experience in due diligence and dispute resolution.
- Experience in fintech, start-up, or scaleup environments, with a strong understanding of fast-paced operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- A high level of resilience and independence, able to manage varied tasks with minimal supervision
- A naturally curious and process-driven approach, focused on continuous improvement
