For our team in the commercial department we are looking to employ:
SALES ASSISTANT (BACK OFFICE)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Provide support to the Sales Manager in the daily tasks;
- Office organization, sales, export, documentation;
- Active communication with customers, agents, freight forwarders, banks and other departments in the company;
- Create and follow-up of orders;
- Team player;
- High level of customer orientation;
- Excellent communication skills ;
- Positive attitude and adaptability;
- Self-organized and dynamic;
- Responsibility and reliability;
- University degree;
- Computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook), SAP would be an advantage;
- Very good command in English;
- Experience on a similar position would be an advantage;
