For our team in the commercial department we are looking to employ:

SALES ASSISTANT (BACK OFFICE)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Provide support to the Sales Manager in the daily tasks;
• Office organization, sales, export, documentation;
• Active communication with customers, agents, freight forwarders, banks and other departments in the company;
• Create and follow-up of orders;

• Responsibility and reliability;

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree;
• Computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook), SAP would be an advantage;
• Very good command in English;
• Experience on a similar position would be an advantage;
