What will you do:
- Conduct outbound calls with B2B customers from the IT industry to provide information about product’s features, special offers, events etc.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions including updating contact information in the CRM
- Gather feedback from resellers on follow up processes and business opportunities through email or outbound calls
- Advises resellers of vendor marketing campaigns
What we are looking for:
- Strong knowledge in German - C1/C2 level
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience (will be considered as an advantage, but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-driven approach and goal-oriented mindset
