About the role:

The Learning Experience Designer develops effective and engaging learning experiences across digital and hybrid formats. The role focuses on creating didactically sound learning concepts, designing interactive modules, and collaborating with internal teams and Subject Matter Experts to turn complex topics into clear, learner-friendly content. It also includes continuously evaluating and improving learning solutions while integrating modern learning technologies and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop didactically excellent learning concepts for digital and hybrid formats
• Design interactive learning modules and learning paths
• Translate complex topics into clear, learner-friendly content
• Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to create learning content
• Accompany and consult Subject Matter Experts in content creation projects
• Evaluate and continuously optimize learning solutions
• Apply modern learning technologies and standards (SCORM, xAPI)

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English
• Experience in designing learning solutions (digital, blended, or traditional)
• Strong didactic skills and ability to present complex content in an understandable and effective way
• Knowledge of e-learning tools and platforms is an advantage
• Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and excellent communication skills
• Strong customer orientation and ability to understand and implement requirements from internal and external stakeholders
