About the role: The Visual Content Designer is responsible for developing high-impact visual materials that support learning, communication, and business objectives across the organization. The role focuses on transforming complex information into clear, engaging, and visually consistent content. This includes creating professional PowerPoint presentations, developing visual concepts aligned with didactic guidelines, and producing illustrations and learning visualizations that enhance user understanding and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging learning visualizations and illustrations
• Create high-quality PowerPoint decks and presentations
• Translate complex information into clear, visually consistent content
• Implement visual concepts based on didactic guidelines
• Produce illustrations and learning visualizations that enhance understanding
• Collaborate with different teams (Sales, E-Learning, and others) to ensure visually compelling and consistent materials
• Ensure all outputs follow brand standards and a cohesive visual style.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English
• Practical experience in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Creative eye for colour, layout, and typography
• Experience with presentation tools (PowerPoint)
• High attention to detail, quick comprehension, and strong team skills
• Experience in video editing and motion design, as well as knowledge of tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is an advantage
