Business Analyst
Some of your responsibilities:
- Identification and analysis of client business requirements and needs
- Preparation of business requirements documentation and various reports while strictly following established guidelines and procedures
- Monitoring of the requirements fulfillment during project implementation
- Interaction with the software developers on the implementation of requirements
- Communication and collaboration with the client side, project managers, and various stakeholders
- Work with extensive documentation, synthesizing and grouping information
- Information gathering, research, and knowledge sharing within a specific area
- 5+ years' experience in IT with at least 5 years in a Business Analyst's role
- Some experience working on a project within the financial services or banking industry
- Strong financial products and services understanding and familiarity with financial operations workflows, trade lifecycle, and regulatory reporting
- Experience in business case analysis and requirements formation for IT project implementation
- Strong capacity in producing business analysis, project, and other related documentation with the established guidelines and standards
- Ability to analyze complex dispersed information and synthesize it into concise product requirements
- Ability to understand and organize complex ideas into application requirements
- Experience with Requirements Tracking Tools, diagramming, and BA tools.
- Ability to identify risks in the project and communicate them
- Good knowledge of business analysis best practices and ability to apply them effectively
