We are seeking an experienced HR Processes Specialist to join our team, specializing in recruitment and employee wellbeing. This role is pivotal in attracting top talent and ensuring our employees are supported, engaged, and satisfied in their roles.
Responsibilities
Recruitment:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Employee Wellbeing:
- Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee health, wellness, and work-life balance.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and activities focused on mental health, stress management, and overall wellbeing.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing support and resources as needed.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels, recommending improvements, as necessary.
General HR Duties:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, with a focus on recruitment and employee wellbeing
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in various HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
