Proxiad SEE is an IT Consulting and Software Development company, part of Proxiad Group France, with headquarters in Paris, over 25 years of industry experience, and 1300 + specialists. The Southeast Europe (SEE) branch employs 250+ professionals, operates in Bulgaria and North Macedonia, and has provided services in various sectors (Healthcare, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, E-commerce and Retail, Procurement, etc.) for over 20 years.
In 2022 we stepped above and introduced two innovative software products: Desk Buddy and GROW.
We have implemented a hybrid work model and offer opportunities for learning, development, and CSR activities, following and incorporating ESG elements.
About the project:
In partnership with a major French banking group, we are on a mission to build a team located in Bulgaria, starting with opening for Senior Business Analyst.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, product managers, and development teams, to gather, define and document business requirements.Contribute towards product definition and roadmap prioritization.Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for software development.Contribute towards solution architecture reviews along with product managers and solution architects.Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements.Assist in the development and execution of test plans, ensuring the software meets business requirements and quality standards.Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.Triage, liaise, and help troubleshoot customer (internal & external stakeholder) reported incidents, analyze root causes, and identify problem resolution.Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Economics, or other related fields.5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking/fintech domainSolid understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, requirement elicitation, and flowcharting.Motivated, self-starter who can work independently.Fluent French and Fluent EnglishBenefits:
