This is a remote position based in Bulgaria, supporting one of the world’s largest online retailers via live chat.

What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, NO voice calls
- Assist with topics such as orders, deliveries, account management, and product information
- Troubleshoot issues using internal systems and guiding customers step-by-step
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in every interaction
- Follow established procedures and ensure high-quality service
- Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong written German skills (B2 level or higher)
- Confidence using digital tools and learning new systems
- Excellent attention to detail and clear, precise writing
- A problem-solver with a genuine interest in helping others
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage your time effectively
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

- 100% remote work — from anywhere in Bulgaria
- Flexible shift lengths after the first month and adaptation: 4, 6, or 8 hours
- Working hours are available between 08:00 AM and 01:00 AM
- Paid full-time training (8 hours/day)
