This is a remote position based in Bulgaria, supporting one of the world’s largest online retailers via live chat.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, NO voice calls
• Assist with topics such as orders, deliveries, account management, and product information
• Troubleshoot issues using internal systems and guiding customers step-by-step
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone in every interaction
• Follow established procedures and ensure high-quality service
• Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong written German skills (B2 level or higher)
• Confidence using digital tools and learning new systems
• Excellent attention to detail and clear, precise writing
• A problem-solver with a genuine interest in helping others
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage your time effectively
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
