As we grow internationally, particularly in the professional cleaning and maintenance sectors, we are looking for a strategic and dynamic Product Manager to join our team in Varna, Bulgaria. This role is vital in driving our expansion efforts and ensuring the successful launch and growth of new products and services in the UK and other markets.

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a proven track record in managing the full lifecycle of products, from initial concept through to successful market adoption.In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and optimization of both new and existing products, ensuring they deliver exceptional results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will serve as the central point of contact for key stakeholders, proactively identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions to maintain seamless performance and achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end process of product development, from initial concept to market launch, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands;
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external collaborators or vendors, maintaining open communication to address challenges, share feedback, and ensure successful outcomes;
• Proactively identify potential risks or issues during the development and delivery process, effectively communicating these with external and internal teams to implement timely solutions and ensure smooth progress;
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities for new product development and enhancements to existing offerings, ensuring competitiveness and innovation;
• Manage a cross-functional team, including operations and performance specialists, to achieve product development milestones and objectives;
• Oversee all phases of product development, including ideation, design, testing, and launch, while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
• Monitor product performance post-launch, gathering and analyzing data to drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality standards in a dynamic environment;
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation, support, and ongoing product success.

Qualifications and preferred skills:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record in launching and managing services in a fast-paced environment;
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with on-site partners and internal teams;
• Strong background in risk management and problem-solving, particularly in service-oriented industries;
• Experience in the professional services industry, especially in cleaning and maintenance services, is highly advantageous;
• Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and ensuring successful outcomes;
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions;
• Experience working within a franchise model or multi-location business is preferred.
