Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the frontend development of our trading platform - DXtrade

This includes both the web-based platform and mobile apps for iOS and Android. If you excel in crafting exceptional user experiences, possess a deep understanding of FX, CFD, or Crypto markets, and have strong business analysis skills, we want you to drive the evolution of our products.

We expect the Product Manager to:

Trading Frontend Focus:

· Lead the development and enhancement of our web-based trading interface and mobile apps, ensuring they meet user needs and align with market trends in the FX, CFD, or Crypto domains.

Collaboration and Communication:

· Work closely with design, engineering, and quality assurance teams to translate product requirements into actionable tasks, fostering seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements Gathering and Documentation: · Gather and document product requirements specific to frontend functionalities. Perform thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion. Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for effective collaboration and understanding.

Product Development Lifecycle:

· Oversee the trader facing experience, from ideation and prototyping to launch and post-launch analysis, ensuring alignment with development milestones.

User Experience and Quality Assurance:

· Champion exceptional user experiences by providing valuable input on design decisions, usability, and user interface considerations. · Collaborate closely with quality assurance teams to maintain high standards of performance, security, and reliability in our frontend products.

Market Insight and Adaptation:

· Utilise your in-depth knowledge of FX, CFD, or Crypto market trends and regulations to adapt product strategy and maintain competitiveness in a dynamic market landscape.

Analysis and Optimisation:

· Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, user behavior, and platform performance to derive actionable insights for product enhancements. Utilize data-driven approaches to validate hypotheses and recommend strategic directions for product improvements.

Qualifications

Must-have skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. · Proven track record as a Product Manager, with extensive experience in frontend development of trading platforms within the FX, CFD, or Crypto sectors. · Exceptional understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and brokerage operations, particularly in the context of frontend trading platforms. · Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion. · Solid grasp of User Experience (UX) principles and methodologies, with demonstrated experience in optimizing user interfaces and workflows. · Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Agile development methodologies. · Technical acumen and familiarity with software development processes, coupled with accomplished project management skills capable of managing concurrent tasks and projects effectively.
