To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for a smart, ambitious, and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Advertising team and take on a broad range of responsibilities with plenty of room for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain advertising accounts, including integration with external platforms, tools, and software
• Plan, build, and manage performance campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Amazon ad platforms for the company’s brand portfolio
• Conduct daily optimization tasks using analytics tools to improve campaign performance
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance weekly and monthly
• Identify trends, set goals, and make data-driven decisions to optimize return on ad spend
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and digital advertising
• Collaborate with Senior Digital Marketing Specialists to assess performance across channels
• Coordinate with the Content Marketing Specialist to align creatives and messaging with campaign strategy

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1.5+ years of experience managing Google and Facebook ad campaigns
• Experience in international PPC and E-commerce is a strong advantage
• Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.)
• Informed and curious about the latest digital marketing trends
• Strong analytical mindset and a hands-on, problem-solving attitude
• Creative, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communicator and team player
• University degree
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
