As the largest Amazon FBA seller in Bulgaria, Alpi Investment continues to grow and expand.
To support our ambitious goals, we are looking for a B2B Sales Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to manage and grow our B2B client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and represent the company at international exhibitions.
Your Role
As a B2B Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new B2B clients to expand the company’s client base.
- Preparing and delivering compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
- Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
- Conducting regular market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and stay ahead of competitors.
- Representing the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote products and establish new partnerships.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery for B2B clients.
- Maintaining and updating client information in the company’s CRM system.
- Preparing regular reports on sales activities, results, and market trends for management review.
What We’re Looking For To excel in this role, you should have:
- A university degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Bulgarian; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for building long-term client relationships.
- Willingness to travel internationally to attend exhibitions and meet clients.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
