Alpi Investment Ltd. is an international company with a diverse business portfolio, including multi-channel online sales and marketing, B2C and B2B international trade. The company is engaged in the production of conventional and organic food products and operates in multiple global markets.

As our product portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and structured Product Manager to support product development, launches and ongoing product performance.

The role includes market research, product selection, supplier communication, pricing, launch planning and performance tracking.

You will work on new product ideas, products from our standard portfolio and selected third-party brand products sold through our accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Research market trends, competitors and new product opportunities.

Support the selection and development of new products and product ranges.

Assist with product specifications, packaging, positioning, pricing and launch planning.

Coordinate samples, feedback, feasibility checks and product information.

Communicate with suppliers, production partners and internal teams.

Work with purchasing, content, design, marketing, logistics and sales teams to support product launches.

Monitor product performance across international marketplaces.

Support pricing updates, profitability reviews and product optimisation.

Assist with purchase planning, replenishment and stock-related follow-up.

Identify products with potential for higher sales volume, better positioning or improved profitability.

Prepare regular updates on product status, next steps, risks and opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

University degree.

Interest in product development, e-commerce, market research and international trade.

Strong analytical and data-driven skills.

Proactive, organized, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with operations, marketing, sales, and logistics teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bulgarian; additional languages are an advantage.

Previous experience in a similar role is not required — we care more about motivation, structure and analytical thinking.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, market research or e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Experience with Amazon, online marketplaces, FMCG or food products is a plus, but not mandatory.

Knowledge of online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, other major platforms), including listing optimization, pricing, and performance tracking.

Experience working with food or consumer goods, including awareness of quality, packaging, and compliance considerations, is beneficial.
