IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Currently we are looking for an ambitious and proactive person as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager in our HQ in Sofia or Varna.

If you join our team, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage approved and assigned projects following the Bank internal rules for project management.
• Prepares project plans for the assigned projects considering the set project time frame, scope, and budget.
• Plan, request, and manage internal and external resources within the project. Coordinate and control task execution following the project plan.
• Prepares and provides regular project status reports to management and all stakeholders.
• Manage and escalate project conflicts and Risks and propose mitigation plans together with the project team.
• Communicates actively with project team members at any bank structure by presenting information for project status, tasks and resources, risks and issues, sharing knowledge.
• Ensures smooth transfer of the developments in production systems, along with changes and updates of the documentation for the processes to comply with them.
• Provides methodological support to project teams, at any phase of project life, and to any project member.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• +2 years professional experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on infrastructure-related projects
• Relevant University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or in another related field
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including networks, servers, cloud environments, and system integrations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and innovative thinking.
• Ability to effectively organize the work process and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bulgarian.
