Some of the duties:
In this position, you will lead the company's strategic vision, driving growth across product, compliance, operations, and market expansion while ensuring regulatory leadership through MiCA and EU-wide licensing. You’ll scale high-performing teams, manage financial and legal operations, and own investor relations and strategic partnerships to support global growth. In addition, you will collaborate closely with product and tech teams, ensure seamless, compliant user experiences, and lead innovation across Web3, embedded finance, and fiat-crypto infrastructure.

Some of the duties:
In this position, you will lead the company's strategic vision, driving growth across product, compliance, operations, and market expansion while ensuring regulatory leadership through MiCA and EU-wide licensing. You’ll scale high-performing teams, manage financial and legal operations, and own investor relations and strategic partnerships to support global growth. In addition, you will collaborate closely with product and tech teams, ensure seamless, compliant user experiences, and lead innovation across Web3, embedded finance, and fiat-crypto infrastructure.
Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:
- 7+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a strong record of success in operational management;
- Previous experience as a CEO, COO, or equivalent executive position;
- Extensive expertise in fintech, crypto, and digital payments, with in-depth knowledge of EU crypto compliance, regulations, and licensing;
- Strong familiarity with key regulatory frameworks, including MiCA, AMLD5, and FATF;
- Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with banking institutions, financial regulators, and service providers;
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience overseeing multi-entity structures, tax compliance, and financial reporting is a significant advantage!
