Your role:
- You Write It – You Own It: Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve – own the full life-cycle of your code.
- Create disruptive Web3 applications.
- Closely collaborate with stakeholders.
- Become a subject-matter expert in payments and Web3.
- Build reusable cross-chain libraries.
- Work in a small, autonomous team.
- Share your knowledge and help the team evolve best practices.
What makes you stand out:
- 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
- 1 year of experience in Blockchain related project/s.
- Experience with our stack: NodeJs, MySQL, AWS, Kafka.
- Strong understanding of blockchains EVM and others, EIPs, smart contracts, dApps.
- Familiar with the Web3 Stack: Ethers/Viem, Hardhat/Foundry, OpenZepellin Tooling, Solidity, Smart Contract Debugging.
- Curiosity and a strong desire to learn, grow, and be up-to-date with trends and best practices.
- Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
Desired (but not essential):
- Experience leading third party integrations.
- Familiar with crypto-economic protocol design including governance and incentive structures.
- Prior experience in building systems for financial markets.
