IT Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic IT plan aligned with company goals and needs and oversee its execution
• Provide leadership in IT policy, digital transformation, and project implementation
• Identify opportunities and initiate IT projects that support business objectives
• Ensure the reliability and efficiency of software and hardware infrastructure, systems and networks
• Monitor emerging IT trends and recommend actionable improvements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Define and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal and external clients
• Prepare technical specifications for IT procurement and system upgrades
• Lead and grow the IT team, including recruitment, performance management and career development

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure – including hardware, networks, communication systems, and remote work solutions
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in IT
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• A proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate and solve problems before they arise
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, can-do mindset and a passion for delivering value through technology
• Customer-centric approach – you listen, understand, and act on the needs of internal clients
