IT Project Coordinator

Your daily routine would include:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support busi;ess goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Different level of Management functions; Development Leads, Platform Services Responsible) to ensure data products meet business needs;
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals;
- Prioritize and sequence the backlog through feature mapping, user story creation, definition of acceptance criteria and document it in tool;
- Act as a primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development and operations team, managing expectations, gathering feedback, and addressing concerns;
- Managing budgets.
- University degree in the field of IT/Telecommunication or any other relevant;
- Proven experience of working on large projects and in an agile environment;
- Experience with Visio or similar, Jira, Confluence is a plus;
- Experience with Project Management tools like MS Project, Trello and etc;
- Fluent English – written and spoken;
- Strong presentation skills;
- Passion for business strategy and desire to learn and grow;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment;
- Knowledge and experience with IT Infrastructure;
- Experience with shell scripting and script languages.
