Our client is a fintech company with extensive long-term experience and established best practices in the financial services and insurance market in Bulgaria. They develop and integrate new services into the product portfolio as a part of their digital transformation. For them, we are looking for a motivated specialist to join as a:
Scrum Master
Main responsibilities and duties:
You will introduce Agile solutions for improved planning, estimation, and tracking while coaching teams and stakeholders on best Agile practices.

Scrum Master
Main responsibilities and duties:
You will introduce Agile solutions for improved planning, estimation, and tracking while coaching teams and stakeholders on best Agile practices.
Essential requirements for the role:
- Professional experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master;
- Experience in Agile and/or other methodologies such as Kanban, Lean, etc;
- Certified Scrum Master;
- Experience in using one or more of the following: Jira / Confluence / ServiceNow, etc.;
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Economics, (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other economic or IT-related specialty;
- Very good command of the English language (B2 level or higher).
