Job Overview:

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of our service offerings. You’ll play a key role in driving innovation, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring our products meet the evolving needs of the market and our customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of product development — from concept through design, testing, and launch — ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Act as the main point of contact for external vendors and collaborators, maintaining strong communication, resolving challenges, and driving shared success.
• Proactively identify and manage risks throughout the development process, ensuring timely resolutions and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to spot new opportunities, monitor trends, and guide product enhancements that ensure competitiveness and relevance.
• Manage cross-functional teams (including operations and performance specialists) to deliver on product milestones and strategic objectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor post-launch performance using data-driven insights to guide ongoing improvements and ensure consistent service excellence.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product rollout and sustained success.

Main requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of successfully launching and managing services in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partnerships.
• A proactive problem-solver with experience in risk identification and mitigation, especially within service-driven industries.
• Background in the professional services sector — particularly cleaning, maintenance, or facility management — is a strong plus.
• Excellent project management capabilities, able to manage multiple initiatives with precision and drive.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action and make strategic decisions backed by data.
• Familiarity with franchise or multi-location business models is preferred.
