Role essentials:

Balanced mix of being operationally prompt and savvy, customer and business development focused, people and processes skilled. Main areas of impact:

• Workflows ownership including design and administration of processes and policies;
• Daily clinic operations and staff duties supervision;
• Support to customer attraction and retention activities, customer portfolio management;
• Liaison with government institutions, vendors and partners;
• Labour relationships supported by external partner;
• Regulatory compliance related to and not limited to safe work environment for patients and team members;
