- Workflows ownership including design and administration of processes and policies;
- Daily clinic operations and staff duties supervision;
- Support to customer attraction and retention activities, customer portfolio management;
- Liaison with government institutions, vendors and partners;
- Labour relationships supported by external partner;
- Regulatory compliance related to and not limited to safe work environment for patients and team members;

Success profile:
- Able to support business value proposition through processes and policies;
- Approachable, friendly personality, creating lasting and productive business relationships inside and outside the Company;
- Understands customer focus as a key business driver;
- Acts promptly, solution seeker, resolves conflicts well, calm and rational under pressure ;
- Capable of identifying operational risks and mitigating them effectively and efficiently;
- Excellent planning, task distribution, execution and follow up skills, result oriented;
- Communicates with impact, active listener;
- Proficient with Microsoft office;
- Language requirements: fluent Bulgarian and English in all modes (additional language proficiency is an advantage)
