What You’ll DoCoordinate daily freight forwarding operations across Europe

• Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to manage international shipments
• Track and trace cargo, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and compliance
• Maintain data integrity, documentation, and logistics system accuracy
• Take ownership of billing, reporting, and operational issue resolution
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners and clients

What We’re Looking ForProven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transport coordination

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or similar
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Digitally confident with logistics software and communication tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a multinational team

Bonus Skills That Impress

• Knowledge of European logistics networks & cross-border regulations
• Proficiency in another European language (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish, German)
• Prior experience in customer-facing international logistics roles
