Role Overview: We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Email Marketing Automation Specialist to manage the scheduling and execution of our client’s email campaigns across multiple brands and audiences. This is an admin-heavy execution role, requiring precision, organization, and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

This is an admin-heavy execution role, requiring precision, organization, and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and deploy email campaigns across various brands and audience segments.
- Manage email automation workflows, ensuring accuracy in triggers, sequences, and audience targeting.
- Monitor and maintain campaign schedules, ensuring all emails go out on time and as planned.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) to catch errors before deployment.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure email content, subject lines, and links are correct.
- Analyze campaign performance and flag any delivery or scheduling issues.
- Work with CRM and automation tools to optimize email processes.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Expertsender, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail—accuracy is critical.
- Highly organized and process-driven, able to juggle multiple schedules and priorities.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with automation tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
