The Role: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven PPC Specialist to join our client's digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of driving qualified leads. You’ll be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing PPC campaigns for small to mid-sized local service businesses in the US. You’ll collaborate closely with the US-based Digital Marketing Department and the PPC team in Bulgaria to ensure smooth communication and successful project execution.

The Role: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven PPC Specialist to join our client's digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of driving qualified leads. You’ll be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing PPC campaigns for small to mid-sized local service businesses in the US. You’ll collaborate closely with the US-based Digital Marketing Department and the PPC team in Bulgaria to ensure smooth communication and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads, including conversion tracking, account structure, ad copy, and keyword selection.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, remarketing, and foot traffic.
- Ensure proper conversion tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Write high-converting ad copy tailored to specific campaign goals.
- Provide detailed performance reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) and suggest improvements.
- Conduct regular campaign optimizations and troubleshoot any issues.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns (agency experience is a plus).
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent copywriting skills, especially for ad headlines and descriptions.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients when necessary.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Reliable internet access for remote work.
