Your role: You will have the opportunity to leverage and develop your skills by working in an Agile environment and participating in the creation and support of software products with high visibility and strategic importance for the Republic of Bulgaria. Day-to-day:
- Work on the software projects in coordination with Project Management and Engineering teams
- Participate in all aspects of documentation development from planning through the release
- Prepare technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, and testing
- Prepare and maintain client resources and educational materials, including videos, demos, tutorials, training materials, guided tours, general & technical overviews, and FAQs.
- Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality
- Еxperience as a Technical Writer or other Technical Position
- Excellent computer literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the Bulgarian language
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- English level (B1/B2 Level);
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
- Experience creating infographics such as diagrams, screenshots, workflows, graphs, etc.
- Experience with JIRA
- Full-time employment on a permanent contract
