We’re looking for a talented and experienced Technical Writer and Documentation Specialist.

This role requires expert copy-writing skills, collaboration, creativity, project management, multitasking, and communication. Your main focus is to document software systems by liaising with developers, quality assurance team, product owners and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Working with internal teams on product and documentation requirements Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications Create and maintain the information architecture Write clear and concise policies and procedures

Requirements:

Proven working experience in a technical writing position Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures Excellent written skills in English Proficiency in MS Office Experience with Jira and Confluence is an advantage
