Sales & Business Development to join our team.
Job description:
- Develop and execute sales and business development plans aligned with company goals
- Research markets, trends, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and strengthen value propositions
- Identify, approach, and engage potential clients, partners, and other key stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, government agencies, contractors, and technology partners
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to client needs
- Lead and/or participate in the sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, closing, and follow-up
- Represent the company at industry events while staying current on market, technology, and regulatory developments
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development in a similar or related industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, industry events, and project engagements
- Experience with complex technical solutions or international sales of technology products/services is an advantage
- Familiarity with tender procedures and/or public procurement processes is a plus
