Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update CRM system with accurate client and/or customer data
- Track pipelines, processes, and status updates
- Generate reports and support data analysis when needed
- Handle administrative tasks and documentation
- Support internal teams with operational coordination
- Ensure data consistency across systems and tools
- Assist in improving internal processes and workflows
Requirements:
- Previous experience in CRM, Back Office, Operations, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, Excel, and internal tools
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
