/ Manage store sales and all daily activities / Oversee daily replenishment and ensure timely order completions / Analyze commercial performance and adapt strategies accordingly / Drive sales to exceed store performance goals / Ensure proper execution of operational and delivery activities / Maintain Bershka’s visual merchandising standards / Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve their professional potential
Experience and Skills:
/ Experience managing a fast-paced retail operation / Previous retail experience is essential / Passion for fashion, trends, and market awareness / Proven ability to drive sales with examples of achievements / Strong experience in team management and leadership / Goal-oriented mindset with planning and numerical skills / Excellent organizational and time-management abilities / Proactive, flexible, and skilled in problem-solving / Fluent communication in English
