We are looking for a passionate and proactive IT Solution Analyst to join our dynamic IT team.
Bachelor’s Degree - a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s Degree - a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Systems, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Continuing Education: continuous professional development through courses, workshops, and seminars in system analysis, project management, and banking technologies.

System analysis and design:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing banking systems and processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and design solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Develop system specifications, flowcharts, and diagrams to illustrate system architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and management, to gather and document system requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Oversee the implementation of new systems and upgrades to existing systems.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure systems meet requirements and function correctly.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for banking systems.
- Address and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure that banking systems comply with industry regulations and standards.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive financial data.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system designs, specifications, and operational procedures.
- Prepare user manuals and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Technical proficiency:
- Proficient in system analysis and design methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS), SQL, and other query languages.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Familiarity with banking technology and systems like payments, cards, and core banking systems.
- Understanding of banking operations, financial products, and services.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Project management:
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Tableau).
- Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous.
