Non-Voice Customer Care Specialist with English in Fashion E-Commerce

BADINKA is a wicked fashion brand for alt gals turned on by festival, rave, kawaii & gothic fashion. Launched in 2014, currently we have a team of 20+ and more than 200,000 fans across US and Europe have shown their love for the brand. Due to the growth of our brand, we’re looking for a full time Non-Voice Customer Care Specialist with English to join our team.
This is an onsight position located in Sofia, Druzhba 2 (8 min by foot from nearest metro station).

Your typical day will include:
- Communicating with fans & buyers via e-mail, Etsy convos & social media (no phone calls and chats!)
- Communicating with influencers
- Implementing company policies during all client interaction
- Ensuring compliance with the established procedures and suggest improvements
- Ensuring efficient communication with Marketing and Sales team when needed
- Supporting Marketing team with different tasks
- Reporting to Team Lead
Your skills:
- Proficiency in written English
- Computer literacy is an absolute must
- Understanding and anticipating customer needs
- Ability to come to independent decisions considering compliance with the established processes and policies
- Communicate effectively and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Open to multitask and adapt to organisational changes
- Flexibility - to adapt to situations with fast pace and multitask in a fast paced environment
- You can follow instructions and work with performance targets
