On their behalf, we are currently looking for a motivated Logistics Customer Service Specialist who would be willing to join their team and support their Customer service department. Key Responsibilities:

• Active communication with the company's clients in connection with specifying requirements for receiving, storing goods and processing orders;
• Accepts and processes incoming and outgoing orders from customers and is responsible for their accurate and timely execution;
• Participates in the orders planning process;
• Participates in warehouse audits;
• Prepares reports upon request from management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience at least 1 year in a similar position in logistics and/or land transportation;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Bulgarian;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good MS-Office skills, especially Excel;
• Well organized;
• Willingness to continue developing your skills within a dynamic team;
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
