Our current client is a leading Scandinavian transportation and logistics company with a strong presence on the Bulgarian market. On their behalf, we are currently looking for a motivated Logistics Customer Service Specialist who would be willing to join their team and support their Customer service department. Key Responsibilities:
- Active communication with the company's clients in connection with specifying requirements for receiving, storing goods and processing orders;
- Accepts and processes incoming and outgoing orders from customers and is responsible for their accurate and timely execution;
- Participates in the orders planning process;
- Participates in warehouse audits;
- Prepares reports upon request from management.
- Previous experience at least 1 year in a similar position in logistics and/or land transportation;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bulgarian;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good MS-Office skills, especially Excel;
- Well organized;
- Willingness to continue developing your skills within a dynamic team;
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
