As part of the Global Services and Solutions organization, the EMEA Services Pursuit Center supports contractual business opportunities across EMEA from a solution architecture and presales perspective. The Solution Architect is responsible for shaping end-to-end service solutions by combining customer business needs, delivery models, HP technologies and partner capabilities. Working closely with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Product teams and Partners, the Solution Architect contributes to customer pursuits by designing commercially viable and deliverable solutions that create value for both the customer and HP.

- Responsibilities
- Support the design of end-to-end managed service solutions based on customer business and technical requirements.
- Translate customer needs into integrated service solutions using HP and partner capabilities.
- Define solution scope, operating model, service levels and commercial approach in collaboration with Pricing teams.
- Support bids, pursuits and RFP responses by contributing to solution design and proposal development.
- Assist in defining solution strategy, customer value proposition and competitive differentiation.
- Balance customer requirements with delivery feasibility, commercial objectives and business value.
- Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Product teams and Partners throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and support customer-facing discussions.
- Prepare solution documentation, assumptions, pricing inputs, risks and supporting proposal materials.
- Ensure proposed solutions are commercially competitive, operationally feasible and aligned with customer requirements.
- Contribute to reusable solution assets, best practices and knowledge sharing within the Solution Architecture community.
- Deliver work according to organizational standards, governance processes and agreed service levels.
- Required Skills:

- Commercial awareness with an understanding of pricing, margins and business value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work across multiple teams in an international environment.
- Good understanding of managed services and solution design principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Experience and Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- 2–4 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Presales, Technical Consulting or Managed Services.
- Experience supporting bids, proposals, RFP responses or customer solutioning activities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
- Broad understanding of workplace, device or managed services solutions.
- Experience in customer-facing or presales roles is considered an advantage.
