We are currently looking for: Country Master Data Administrator
The position is responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate management of processes related to the creation, maintenance, and updating of product, vendor, and customer data. The role includes conducting regular data audits and analyses, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. You will work with state-of-the-art corporate systems, including SAP and web-based applications, acting as a key point of contact for all Master Data-related matters across the Bulgarian operations.

We are currently looking for: Country Master Data Administrator
The position is responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate management of processes related to the creation, maintenance, and updating of product, vendor, and customer data. The role includes conducting regular data audits and analyses, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. You will work with state-of-the-art corporate systems, including SAP and web-based applications, acting as a key point of contact for all Master Data-related matters across the Bulgarian operations.
You are the right person if you:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree;
- Have experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is considered a strong advantage;
- Are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Have strong analytical abilities and attention to detail;
- Are capable of solving problems and effectively managing priorities;
- Are a team player who can also work independently;
- Have a professional working proficiency in English.
- Collect and process technical information from vendors;
- Coordinate the creation and maintenance of Master Data records;
- Maintain global and local assortments within corporate systems;
- Ensure compliance with all Master Data standards, templates, and procedures;
- Coordinate workflows, implementations, and related documentation;
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system developments and enhancements;
- Provide day-to-day support to global and regional Master Data teams;
- Analyze data and implement actions to improve data quality.
