We are looking for: IT Operations and Monitoring Expert in Varna

We are looking for: IT Operations and Monitoring Expert in Varna
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform daily and periodic operational tasks related to processing in the core banking system and associated satellite systems, working on a 24/7 shift schedule, and communicate with the next level of support.
- Continuously monitor and control assigned information systems and applications on a 24/7 shift basis.
- Perform daily and periodic procedures related to proactive diagnostics of critical IT systems.
- Timely identify, log, and escalate incidents and assist in their resolution.
- Initiate and manage incident resolution procedures at first-level support.
- Perform first-level Service Desk functions outside regular working hours, in accordance with procedures for providing employee support.
Requirements:
- Higher or secondary specialized education;
- Working proficiency in English;
- Basic knowledge of various operating systems;
- Ability to work with application systems operating on different platforms;
- Teamwork skills, good communication, and responsiveness;
- Psychological and behavioral stability under stress;
- Attention to detail;
- Diagnostic skills;
- Sense of responsibility;
- Discipline;
- Experience with SQL queries.
Advantages:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in a banking environment.
- Technologies: Oracle SQL, Kusto Query Language (KQL), Azure Cloud, Zabbix, Dynatrace.
